The session, built in five minutes
A session is warm-up, main part and cool-down. You build the blocks, pull drills from your library and take the PDF to the pitch.
Reusable blocks and drills
Drills live in their own library, with objectives, coaching points, equipment and variations. Once created they are reused in any session: by your second season, building a session takes half the time.
- Warm-up, main and cool-down phases
- Duration per block and session total
- Player groups within a single block
The weekly schedule, set once
Most teams train the same days at the same time. You set those slots on the team — day, time, duration and location — and the calendar shows them as gaps: tap one and the session is created with team, date and time already filled in. If you would rather set the season up front, sessions for a whole date range are generated at once, without duplicating any that already exist.
- Schedule gaps in the calendar and in the current week
- Generation by date range, repeatable without duplicates
- A grid with every team schedule and clash warnings
Attendance with nuance
Present, absent, excused, injured and late. Five states because a dressing room really has five states. Whoever arrives late counts as present in their own rate but does not inflate the session rate. And the rate shows up where decisions are made: three columns in the player list — week, last 30 days and season — and the same figure next to each name in the call-up.
Paper for the pitch
The session exports to PDF with the same layout you see on screen, diagrams included. Because out there, in the rain and wearing gloves, paper still wins.
Sharing with other coaches
Sessions and drills can be shared inside the club, and outside it too. A coach who leaves does not take the club work with them.
