These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the My Team Stats platform (hereinafter the "Platform"), owned by Luis Antonio Cañas Arrones.
Registration as a user implies full reading and acceptance of these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
The user entering player data into the Platform declares to be acting on behalf of a sports club and:
Grassroots football regularly involves minors. The user:
Recording injuries on the Platform constitutes processing of special category data (health data, art. 9 GDPR). The user confirms that explicit consent exists for this processing when recording each injury.
The following is prohibited:
Data entered by users belongs to the corresponding sports club. The Platform owner acts exclusively as a data processor (art. 28 GDPR).
The Platform is offered "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. On the Free plan, the owner may interrupt, suspend or discontinue the service at any time. On paid plans, the owner undertakes to maintain the service for the contracted period; should the activity cease before its expiry, this will be communicated at least thirty (30) days in advance and the proportional part of the unused period will be refunded.
The Platform is offered through a free plan and several paid subscription plans, whose features and current prices are published on the pricing page. Prices are stated in euros and include applicable VAT.
Contracting takes place at the user's request from their account. The owner will confirm activation of the plan by email, stating the plan contracted, the amount, the start date and the expiry date.
Plans are contracted for the period indicated in each case (monthly or annual) and do not renew automatically: on the expiry date, the account reverts to the Free plan unless the user contracts a new period.
The owner may amend plan prices. New prices shall not affect periods already contracted and shall apply only to contracts entered into after their publication.
The owner will issue the corresponding invoice for each contract and send it to the email address associated with the account.
If the user is a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside their business or professional activity), they have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from contracting to withdraw from the contract without justification and without penalty, pursuant to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
To exercise this right, simply send an email to the address stated in the Legal Notice, indicating the account name and the plan contracted. The refund will be made using the same payment method, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the communication.
If the user expressly requests that provision of the service begin during the withdrawal period, and the service is fully performed within that period, the right of withdrawal is lost once performed. If the user withdraws with the service started but not fully performed, they shall pay the amount proportional to the service already provided.
This right does not apply to contracts entered into by clubs, associations or any user acting within a business or professional activity.
The user may stop using a paid plan at any time; the plan will remain active until its expiry date and, from then on, the account will revert to the Free plan.
Reverting to the Free plan does not delete any data: the information entered is retained and remains accessible within the limits of the Free plan. Teams exceeding the plan limit remain accessible, although no new teams may be created until a higher plan is contracted.
The user may request the export or deletion of their data at any time under the terms set out in the Privacy Policy.
The owner reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes shall be effective from their publication on this page. Periodic review is recommended. Amendments affecting financial conditions shall not apply to periods already contracted.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the Courts and Tribunals of Córdoba (Spain) shall have jurisdiction, unless consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
Consumer users may access the European Commission online dispute resolution platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
